DELIVERY OPTIONSWe are able to offer a range of reliable and professional delivery options throughout the UK.Most items can be sent for a flat fee of 75 on the English mainland. Even remote areas though will not be charged more than 120 for one item. Antique furniture is usually delivered in the UK within ten working days. Standard delivery is a one man independent courier and is a door to door service.All our delivery items are blanket wrapped for protection.
To ensure efficient delivery, before an item is dispatched with a courier, we do require telephone contact with the customer and the courier will have to have spoken to the customer personally before transport is arranged. For Europe, USA, Australia and overseas please enquire. Smaller items can be sent with a national parcel courier, usually a one or two day delivery. Items will be wrapped and packaged thoroughly. REFUNDS AND RETURNSWe hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If within fourteen days of receipt of your purchase you find it does not meet your requirements for whatever reason you may return it to us. The returned item must be undamaged and in it's original packaging if any was used. When we have received the returned item we will issue a refund excluding carriage costs. You may arrange your own return transportation if you wish, so long as the item is professionally transported and insured. Our prior approval of this arrangement is required.If the item is damaged in transit to you we will arrange for the item to be repaired or returned to us at no extra cost to the buyer. We will require documented and photographic proof that the damage occurred during transit to you.
STORAGE AFTER PURCHASE: We are happy to store items for a short period of time if prearranged at no extra cost.
However, if an item has been stored for more than four weeks, a charge of 5 per week or part of / per item will occur.
In the unlikely event, where a piece has been stored beyond the arranged time frame, awaiting delivery and the customer changes his / her mind, the storage cost will be deducted from the purchase refund price.
