Description

A beautiful depiction of a small wren perched on a wild rose branch, alert and ready to give alarm...
Typical Victorian style, edged by geometrical groups of four beige coloured squares.
The bird, the rose, some brambles and other wild flowers painted in detail.
Undamaged, all six tiles in really good condition, no nibbles, no scratches, the glaze very bright still and the colours vibrant.
In fact the photos do not do these tiles any justice!
A wonderful set for a back drop of sink or basin. Probably a set originating in a Victorian washstand.
Dimensions:
each tile measures 155mm square, 10mm thick
Standard UK postage and packaging for the set 9.50.
Self-collection is possible by arrangement.
Highlands, islands and far flung places, please email your postcode for a postage quote.
