Functional, unpretentious and quite unique in configuration...An ex shop fitting, plainly styled, timeless and useful.Unusual configuration, 5 drawers, one long deep one across the top, below 4 equally sized ones, like a small bank of drawers.
On the left of the console, an open space, shelved, book case style.
Handsome deep mellow pine, a good long top with hardly any wear, plain base with shaped bracket feet and strong block legs below.
Quite a roughish worn piece, plenty of wear on body and drawers, top quite good, some worm holes throughout, but part of the rugged look.
A practical piece for the kitchen, lounge,hall or office and although antique, with very good 'modern' dimensions.
