Unpretentious and very heavy, built to last another 100 years.
This turn of the 19th to 20th century pine chest has no other ambitions than being there to serve.
Four deep and chunky drawers, dove tailed of course, running well and providing ample storage.
The body of the chest painted, Pavilion Grey, F & B, the top stripped to show the tight grain mellow old pine, a pleasing contrast to the neutral grey.
A complete set of original brass handles and escutcheons round of the picture of the quality this chest provides.
Very suitable for baby changing, the top being strong and deep.
No repairs, no worm, no replacements.
