Description
French, glazed earthenware jug and wash bowl, decorative floral stylized design.Pretty, but unpretentious, in good condition, no cracks or breaks.
The three marks on the bowl shown in the photos are under the glaze, ie glazing rest marks.
Rich cream back ground with maroon and amber colouring of the flowers.
Maker's mark on the bowl base is EMS 9, most likely to be Sarreguemines.
Smallish size, easy to find a spot for!
