A nicely proportioned northern European Louis Philippe pine dresser or kitchen cabinet.
The cabinet which is about 150 years old, has no structural damage or repairs.
All doors have working catches, locks and keys.
Styling is typical of the era:
+ elegant double arched reeded cornice,
+ break front consrtruction
+ carved decorative mouldings and feet
+ shaped and barred windows
+ original hand blown glass
+ three cutlery drawers
+ original external iron hinges
The display case top retains the original interior cobalt blue paint with matching shelves.
The exterior has been repainted in a very light muted blue / grey.
The base with 2 doors and fitted shelf offers ample storage, clean to use.
A practical, yet elegant piece of original country pine.
It will transport in 2 separate pieces.
