A very fine example of a mid to late 19th century northern European kitchen cabinet.
Made in traditional style with deeply panelled cupboards doors, original hand blown glass in the top cupboard, diamond and carved decoration and reeded columns.
A pretty addition are the two banks of spice drawers found nestled below the top cupboard, a nice space between them , adorned with a shell design.
Very well built, solid throughout with ample character and tactile wear.
Shelved top and base, double shelves in the base, ample storage.
A historic reapir to the top, right hand side, not visible under the paint.
The outside is painted in an elegant hue of original old White, with a fair amount of distressing, the Scandinavian pine shining through.
The inside of the glazed cupboard and the base have been cleaned and left un-treated.
Locks and working keys, top and bottom, original elaborate pewter escutcheons.
No structural damage or worm.
A nicely sized decorative dresser ready to use.
Splits in two parts for transportation.
