Description

Traditional pine country dining table with two extension leaves, mid 19th century.
Practical and indispensable in a smaller size kitchen or dining area, this very tidy table can be used as a four, six or 8 seater.
Both leaves can be used independently, to accommodate various amounts of people.
The turned leg base is pretty and sturdy and has the added benefit of 2 drawers, one on each end.
The top is clean and bread board ended, the leaves are clean and move easily. A quirky iron mark gives the table a personal note.
The base is painted in a chalky historic cream, the top hand waxed.
Dimensions:
1250mm long
770mm wide
765mm high
570mm leaf length
2390mm by 770mm when fully extended
The table has standard dining height, the leg room is slighlty less than modern height, due to the depth of the frieze accommodating the drawers. If a higher leg space is required, the sides could be reduced in height at no extra cost.
