Description
A very handsome example of a mid 19th century northern European kitchen cabinet.Made in traditional style with deeply panelled doors, diamond and carved decoration, reeded columns, chunky pillar supports and an elaborate deep cornice.
Well built,solid throughout with little wear.
Shelved top and base, two good sized drawers with original wooden handles.
The outside is painted in Farrow and Ball 'Green Blue' which matches the original old paint very closely, minimally distressed, the Scandinavian pine shining through.
The inside of the cupboards have been scrubbed clean to tidy.
Locks and working keys original.
No structural damage, feet and pillar pads have been renewed due to too much wear.
A nicely sized decorative dresser ready to use.
Splits in two parts for transportation.
