Description

A sophisticated small size French country pine desk or side table.
Elegant yet rustic in look, mellow satin waxed pine standing on double cabriole legs.
The single "invisible" drawer has a hidden pull underneath, so does not require an external handle.
The table is well constructed, dove tailed and pegged throughout.
It stands solidly, the legs being the original length, no shortening or damage,with ample leg room.
Probably used originally as a desk or dressing table in a lady's bedroom.
The desk is in good condition, minor signs of historic worm in the top, see picture 7.
We always treat all furniture, if it has worm or not.
