The well executed chest, showing off delicate Georgian dove tails, oblong proportions, suitable for storage or coffee table also has a fitted interior, ie candle box with lid and middle drawer .
Added bonus is a secret drawer which slides behind the larger one, see photo 5.
The box is well used with good timber patina and no structural damage.
The original hinges have been lost and replaced with Victorian butt hinges.
Overall in good period condition, ready to use as storage box, toy box or coffee table.
